Maintaining a Skilled Workforce: NIPTC

The facility, dedicated to former Secretary of the Interior Manuel Lujan, Jr., is an education center for Interior's Indian Affairs programs-including trust programs, social services, law enforcement, education, and more.

Trust-related classes have included a series of financial trust management courses sponsored by OST and Cannon Financial Institute as well as training for the Trust Asset and Management System (TAAMS). Staff at the Center is developing a state of the art audio visual system that will eventually reach all Indian Affairs regions.
